Lubbock native & resident Paul Bullock is not a musician but he is a performing artist and poet, and he has received more international awards for poetry about marijuana than anyone ever. Pot poetry is not all that Paul Bullock is about, and he is often a very capable emcee for music events. Here he is his reciting one of his popular poems, probably either “Car Pool Mom” or “At the Passing of the Joint.”
