Some argue that the Rolling Stones’ greatest album is “Exile on Main Street“; regardless it is there most storied. And the album cover has amazing photographs from the famous recording session in a French villa.
Bobby Keys on Sax
Lubbock County native Bobby Keys is in man ways the heart and soul of Exile on Main Street. There’s a great photo on album showing Keys tucked away in the basement in his underwear with his Sax and a microphone. That photo is what inspired my painting.
